Shipping time
​
To avoid overproduction, our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order. This results in 2 parts to our calculation of estimated delivery time: production and shipping time.
​
Our average production time is 2–5 business days for non-apparel products and 2–7 business days for apparel products.
​
The estimated shipping time is calculated according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area or selling region. However, the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. You can receive the order past the EDT for reasons, e.g. shipping-related delays.
We work our hardest to meet our delivery estimates but there may be uncontrollable circumstances.

Shipping rate

Our shipping rate is at a flat rate worldwide 9.8AUD ( equiv. to ~$6.5/ €6.5).
​
To thank our lovely customers who support us, we also offer free shipping when you reach certain threshold. This level is different depending on your destination.

Free shipping to US, Europe, UK, Japan, and Brazil when order 75AUD (~$50/ €50)

Free shipping to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand when order 120AUD (~$80/ €80)

Free shipping worldwide when order 200AUD (~$130/ €130)

While our webpage offers standard shipping, we understand that in some circumstances, you may want to have our product earlier. In some cases, we can also offer express shipping. Please reach out to us via Contact Us page or our Email address to see if this is available for your order as soon as you place an order. Please include your order number.
This information varies depending on our courier and will incur extra cost (if available).

Return & Exchange Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 25 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 25 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please Contact Us.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable). Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.

Change of mind or mistake in making order (such as sizing) - We suggest you Contact Us before returning or rejecting receipt of any products. We do not refund orders for due to change of mind or mistake in the order made on your end. While we understand that you situation may change, we produce our product on demand with sustainability in mind. For this reason we do not accept returns of the orders delivered.
We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore, we reserve rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
